Color Code
- Since apartments may already be reserved, please indicate
first, second, and third choice.
- We discount rates in the summer season for repeat
customers.
- The weekly rent is for seven (7) nights usually Saturday to
Saturday. The monthly rate is for thirty (30) nights.
- During the winter season, a discount of 3 % will be given
for rentals that are longer than three (3) months.
- During the summer season, a 5 to 10 % discount will be
given for some apartments if rented for a month or longer. Check out the Accrual Discount
Program.
- If the apartment is rented longer than one month, the
additional time will be prorated based on the monthly rate.
- Prices subject to change
without notice.
- 9 % Florida sales tax must be
added to the above rates.
- Check-in time 4:00 p.m. /
Check-out time 10:00 a.m.
- Deviation from these times is
possible only if it does not interfere with other reservations.
- Rentals of less than 2 weeks
are not accepted.
- A one time cleaning charge of
$100 (Per guest) will be added to the above rates.
- A security deposit of $200 is
required, with the final payment due prior to occupancy. This deposit will be
returned upon payment for long-distance telephone calls, etc.
Accrual Discount Program
Accumulate $15,000 on your rentals and first-time
referrals and receive a 3% discount on your next rental.
Accumulate $25,000 on your
rentals and first-time referrals and receive a 5% discount on your next rental.
